Amends Section 6-507 of the Illinois Highway Code regarding tax collection and distribution for road and bridge maintenance.

Requires municipal treasurers to deposit taxes received into the municipality's fund dedicated to maintenance or repair of roads and bridges intended for motor vehicle use.

Mandates municipal treasurers to present an annual statement to the highway commissioner within 30 days after the end of the fiscal year documenting total revenue received from the township and the account where revenues were deposited.

Requires municipal treasurers to provide a sworn statement that revenues have been or will be spent in accordance with the law's provisions.
