IL SB3375

Amends the Environmental Protection Act to allow the wastewater treatment facility in the Village of Lisbon, Kendall County (located at 200 East Joliet Street) to apply for the Water Pollution Control Loan Program for refinancing existing debt.

Creates a new subsection (b-5) in Section 19.3 specifically authorizing this Lisbon facility to access refinancing assistance through the existing Water Revolving Fund program.

The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
