Removes meningococcal disease and meningococcal vaccination information requirements from Section 2310-700 of the Civil Administrative Code, limiting the Department of Public Health's mandate to develop and publish informational materials to influenza and influenza vaccinations only.

Repeals Section 2310-391 of the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law in its entirety.

Requires the Department of Public Health to continue developing and publishing influenza vaccine information materials for school districts in accordance with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Amends the School Code Section 27-8.1 (full text of amendment not provided in document excerpt).
