Creates the Censorship in Correctional Facilities Act to prohibit law enforcement agencies and officials from refusing or prohibiting books in correctional facilities based on depictions of protected characteristics under the Illinois Human Rights Act

Defines "law enforcement agency" as state or local government agencies charged with enforcing laws or managing custody of detained persons

Defines "law enforcement official" as individuals with power to arrest or detain, including law enforcement officers, corrections officers, and probation officers

Prohibits censorship of books including memoirs, autobiographies, and biographies based on their content related to protected classes or characteristics identified in the Illinois Human Rights Act
