Amends the Nursing Home Care Act Section 3-209 regarding required posting of violation notices for minimum staffing requirement breaches.

Facilities that receive a notice of violation for failing to meet minimum staffing requirements must post a specified notice at all public entrances, main lobby, registration desk, and facility website.

Exempts facilities from posting the violation notice if staffing levels were at 90% of minimum staffing requirements or if the facility corrected the violation before the posting deadline.

The Department of Public Health has discretion to reduce posting requirements based on violation gravity and mitigating or aggravating circumstances.

Effective immediately upon passage.
