IL SB3602

Amends the Gender Violence Act to expand the definition of "gender-related violence" to include non-consensual removal of sexually protective devices during sexual contact (commonly known as "stealthing")

Establishes as gender violence any contact between a sexual organ from which a protective device was removed without verbal consent of the other person

Defines "sexually protective device" to include male or female condoms, spermicide, diaphragms, cervical caps, contraceptive sponges, dental dams, or other physical devices intended to prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted infection

Allows victims of stealthing to pursue civil remedies under the Gender Violence Act, regardless of whether criminal charges were filed
