Prohibits illegal possession of land during a 7-year period from being used as a basis for an adverse possession claim under Illinois law

Requires all persons occupying a property to have a written lease or rental agreement with the property owner listed in county tax records, or documentation of rent payments made to the owner

Mandates that all legal occupants be listed by name and date of birth on a lease, rental agreement, or rental application, or must provide evidence they are an invitee of an authorized occupant

Prohibits subleasing when the original lease or rental agreement specifically bans subleases, and declares any such unauthorized sublease as not establishing legal standing to occupy the property

Requires unauthorized sublessees to vacate the property after receiving notice from the property owner of record to depart
