Amends Section 30 of the Civil Rights Remedies Restoration Act (775 ILCS 60/30)

Clarifies that nothing in the Act limits, modifies, supersedes, expands, or creates any right, remedy, or enforcement authority available under the Illinois Human Rights Act or other applicable local, State, or federal law affecting employment or prospective employment relationships

State waives sovereign and Eleventh Amendment immunity for any violation of the Act

Effective immediately upon enactment
