IL SB3733

Removes authorization for distributors to hold a beer showcase permit under the Liquor Control Act of 1934.

Restricts beer showcase permits to class 3 brewers only, allowing them to transfer beer they manufacture from their licensed premises to a designated event location.

Allows class 3 brewers to sell transferred beer at retail for on or off-premises consumption at the showcase location, but not for resale.

Limits non-licensee sales to no more than 96 fluid ounces per person at the beer showcase event.
