Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to increase the Department of Children and Family Services reimbursement rate for Children's Community-Based Health Care Centers from $950 to $1,650 per diem beginning January 1, 2025.

Reimbursement shall be at the lower of the center's usual and customary charge to the public or the Department rate of $1,650.

Centers must be established under the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act and provide nursing care to transition children from hospitals to home or other appropriate settings for a maximum of 120 days.

Reimbursement payments are exempt from the 2.7% rate reduction required under Section 5-5e of the Illinois Public Aid Code.
