Removes requirement that one architect on the Illinois Architecture Licensing Board hold a "tenured" position at a university, allowing any member of an accredited architectural faculty.

Expands architecture licensure eligibility to include graduates from programs accredited by the Canadian Architectural Certification Board or meeting substantial equivalency through alternate pathways or mutual recognition agreements.

Allows professional design firms to register with only one designated managing architect instead of requiring two-thirds of directors/partners to be licensed design professionals.

Extends endorsement (reciprocal licensure) pathways for architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, surveyors, and structural engineers to include applicants from foreign countries, not just U.S. states and territories.

Increases application completion timelines from 2 to 3 years for interior designer applicants and reduces professional engineer experience requirements from 8 years to 4 years for non-approved curriculum graduates.
