Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act to require the Department of Agriculture to follow Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act requirements for cultivation center agent identification cards.

Requires the Department of Agriculture and Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to issue all agent identification cards under the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act through an online application portal.

Mandates that all notifications of acceptance or denial for agent identification card applications be sent directly to the applicant rather than through their employer.

Repeals outdated provisions regarding cultivation center agent identification cards and dispensing organization agent identification cards from the medical cannabis program.

Makes conforming changes to the definition of "dispensing organization agent identification card" to reference the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act definition.
