Appropriates $26,250,200 for Personal Services, $2,008,086 for State Contributions to Social Security, $19,359,014 for Contractual Services, and other operational expenses totaling approximately $49.7 million to the Office of the State Appellate Defender from the General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses.

Appropriates $231,300 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Expungement Program.

Appropriates $164,000 from the General Revenue Fund to provide statewide training to public defenders under the Public Defender Training Program.

Appropriates $585,600 from the General Revenue Fund to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
