Appropriates $2,964,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024.

Appropriates $47,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with Rural Affairs, including grants and administrative expenses.

Appropriates $100,000 from the Lieutenant Governor's Grant Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for ordinary and contingent expenses.

Total appropriation of $3,112,000 ($3,012,000 from General Funds and $100,000 from Other State Funds).

Effective date is July 1, 2024.
