• Appropriates $196,257,400 total for the Illinois Department of Agriculture for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, comprised of $36,828,800 from General Funds, $106,578,100 from Other State Funds, and $52,850,500 from Federal Funds.

• Allocates funds across multiple departmental operations including administrative services, agriculture regulation, weights and measures, animal industries, meat and poultry inspection, land and water resources, and environmental programs.

• Funds the Illinois State Fair and Du Quoin State Fairgrounds operations, county fairs, and horse racing programs with $7,598,600 and $1,237,700 respectively.
