Appropriates $7,688,895,600 total ($2,409,229,000 General Funds and $5,279,666,600 Other State Funds) to the Department of Central Management Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024.

Allocates $70,825,000 from General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses including state employee indemnification, auto liability claims, and employee awards.

Appropriates $124,000,000 from Workers' Compensation Revolving Fund for administrative costs and workers' compensation claims for state employees.

Funds $290,043,500 from Facilities Management Revolving Fund and $84,620,700 from State Garage Revolving Fund for facility operations and vehicle fleet management, including $24,800,000 for zero emission electric vehicle conversion.

Appropriates $2,326,878,700 from General Revenue Fund and $4,399,810,200 from Health Insurance Reserve Fund for group insurance and health care coverage for state employees, effective July 1, 2024.
