• Appropriates $2,033,148,299 total to the Department of Corrections for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025: $1,921,448,299 from General Revenue Fund and $111,700,000 from Other State Funds

• Provides funding for General Office operations ($81,810,000), statewide services and grants ($9,950,100), education ($29,661,400), parole ($68,829,300), re-entry services ($41,016,400), and field services ($104,254,700)

• Allocates funding to 28 correctional facilities and centers for personal services, contractual services, commodities, equipment, telecommunications, and other operational expenses

• Appropriates $15,000,000 for statewide hospitalization services and reappropriates $4,283,499 for telecommunications system replacements

• Appropriates $100,000 from Sex Offender Management Board Fund for sex offender evaluation, treatment, monitoring programs and $852,500 grant to Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council; effective July 1, 2024
