Appropriates $22,298,900 to the Department of Labor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, consisting of $12,400,500 in General Funds, $3,498,400 in Other State Funds, and $6,400,000 in Federal Funds

Allocates $10,291,000 from General Revenue Fund for departmental operations including personal services ($8,271,000), electronic data processing ($893,100), social security contributions ($632,800), and contractual services ($325,000)

Appropriates $348,400 from the Amusement Ride and Patron Safety Fund for administering the Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act

Appropriates $1,500,000 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for child labor law and day/temporary labor services enforcement

Appropriates funds from multiple specialized accounts totaling $3,498,400 for enforcement of wage theft, equal pay, occupational safety and health, nursing agency licensing, and paid leave laws

Takes effect July 1, 2024
