Appropriates $923,030,900 total for Illinois State Police ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, comprised of $425,080,900 in General Funds, $457,950,000 in Other State Funds, and $40,000,000 in Federal Funds

Allocates $421,531,500 from General Revenue Fund for Division of Operations including $331,593,900 for personal services, $23,712,200 for electronic data processing, and $19,558,500 for auto equipment operation

Provides $30,000,000 from State Police Vehicle Fund for vehicle and accessory purchases including prior years' costs

Appropriates $44,200,000 from State Police Services Fund for fingerprint program ($28,000,000), federal and state transportation programs ($8,400,000), and miscellaneous programs ($6,300,000)

Appropriates $230,000,000 from Statewide 9-1-1 Fund for emergency telephone system costs and allocates funding from multiple specialized funds including State Asset Forfeiture Fund ($4,000,000), State Crime Laboratory Fund ($15,000,000), and Mental Health Reporting Fund ($2,250,000)
