Appropriates $149,626,600 total to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, comprised of $4,000,000 in General Funds, $137,626,600 in Other State Funds, and $8,000,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $40,011,600 from the Law Enforcement Training Fund for basic training ($8,000,000), in-service training ($15,000,000), personnel services ($5,806,400), and operational expenses including retirement contributions, insurance, travel, and equipment.

Provides $60,000,000 from the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local government units to install video cameras in law enforcement vehicles and train officers in camera operation.

Appropriates $27,510,000 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for basic training ($10,290,000) and in-service training ($17,220,000) reimbursements.

Allocates $8,000,000 from federal funds for federal projects, $10,000,000 from the Law Enforcement Recruitment and Retention Fund for officer hiring and retention, and reappropriates $4,000,000 for ballistic technology equipment grants to local agencies.
