Appropriates $4,514,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for operational expenses in fiscal year 2024-2025.

Appropriates $1,500,000 for pension pick-up contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois for affected legislative staff employees.

Appropriates $2,114,600 to the Architect of the Capitol, $1,390,700 to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, $450,000 to the Legislative Audit Commission, and $200,000 to the Legislative Ethics Commission for their respective operational expenses.

Appropriates $920,000 to the Legislative Inspector General, $6,642,000 to the Legislative Information System, $1,600,000 from the Assembly Computer Equipment Revolving Fund for electronic data processing equipment, $3,738,000 to the Legislative Printing Unit, and $4,365,360 to the Legislative Reference Bureau.

Takes effect July 1, 2024.
