Amends the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor Act by changing the required meeting frequency of the board of governors from every 3 months to every 6 months.

The board of governors continues to consist of 10 members: eight State's Attorneys elected by district, the Cook County State's Attorney or designee, and one State's Attorney appointed bi-annually by the other nine members.

Board members serve 2-year terms and are elected bi-annually within 30 days before or after the start of odd-numbered calendar years.

Five board members constitute a quorum for conducting business, and board members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses.

Vacancies among elected members must be filled within 90 days through special election by State's Attorneys in the relevant district.
