Department of Corrections shall restore the Dwight Correctional Center site (decommissioned March 31, 2013) including the warden's home and unused structures to original condition within 18 months, with costs paid by the Department of Central Management Services.

Department of Corrections shall restore any warden's homes at Pontiac Correctional Center deemed unsafe by the department to their original condition within 18 months, with costs paid by the Department of Central Management Services.

Department of Corrections shall provide lactation and nursing mothers rooms in each facility that employs nursing mothers, equipped with locked doors, electrical outlets, comfortable chairs, sinks, refrigerators, and daily maintenance.
