Designates the section of Illinois Route 37 from Longstreet Road to Prosperity Road as it passes Spillertown as the "Officer Brian Pierce Jr. Memorial Highway"

Honors Officer Brian Pierce Jr., who was killed in the line of duty on August 4, 2021, while deploying stop sticks to halt a fleeing vehicle in Brooklyn

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations along the designated highway giving notice of the memorial name

Directs that a copy of this resolution be presented to Officer Pierce's family and the Secretary of Transportation
