Establish recommended maximum caseloads: school social workers (250 students), school psychologists (500 students), school counselors (250 students), school nurses (750 students), and speech-language pathologists (60 students)

Address Illinois' clinician shortage and inadequate related services by evaluating the implications of these national professional association recommendations

Ensure the Evidence-Based Funding Formula is modified to allow all students access to quality education including special education and related services
