Jack Duaine Pulford of Chandler, Arizona, passed away on June 12, 2024, and the Illinois Senate mourns his passing.

Pulford was born in Moline on June 15, 1937, graduated from Moline High School in 1955, served as an aviation ordinance specialist in the U.S. Navy, and was married twice with two children.

Owned and operated multiple restaurants in the Moline and East Moline area, including the Belgrade, Sammy G Lanes, Jack's Waterhole, The Greenbriar, and Jack's Stardust Lounge, retiring in 2012.

Recognized as one of the four Worst Avid Golfers (WAGs) featured in Golf Digest, Sports Illustrated, and Time Magazine, and served on the board of directors for the PGA Quad City Open, now known as the John Deere Classic.

Survived by his son Mark Duaine, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
