Jeff A. Brown of East Moline passed away on June 13, 2024, and the Illinois Senate expresses condolences to his family and friends.

Served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1974 to 1978 and was born in the LaSalle-Peru area.

Worked for and retired from the Rock Island Arsenal; was a member of the American Legion for 30 years.

Survived by his wife Christie (married 1984), three children (Caryn Webb, Cory Brown, and Kari Brown-Curtner), and grandson Easten Brown.

The Illinois Senate mourns his passing and extends sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew him.
