Cyril A. "Bud" Stobaugh Jr. of Farmington passed away on September 6, 2024, at age 92.

Served in the U.S. Air Force from April 4, 1951 to November 13, 1953 during the Korean War and worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company for 41 years as a technical writer before retiring in January 1991.

Served as Police Commissioner of Farmington for eight years and was elected Mayor of Farmington on April 1, 2003, serving two four-year terms.

Active member of St. Matthews Catholic Church, Farmington Moose Lodge #1571, Knights of Columbus, and American Legion Post #140.

Survived by three children (Michael, Patricia, and Timothy), six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
