He performed internationally beginning in 1976 with tours across the United States, Australia, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Russia between 1976 and 2006.

Agassi's socially and politically charged music faced heavy censorship and bans in the Middle East, but he continued performing in dangerous regions using aliases to avoid government crackdowns.
