Holleb served on the IPOPIF Transition Board of Trustees from January 2020 through December 2020, then on the permanent board representing municipalities from January 2021 through December 2024, attending 70 board meetings during her five-year term

Served as chairperson of the Audit and Budget Committee from 2020 to 2021, treasurer of the board for 2020 to 2022, and chairperson of the Contract Committee from 2022 to 2024

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University (Honors College, cum laude) and is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of municipal finance experience, currently overseeing Finance and Information Technology for the City of Lake Forest

Served as president of the Illinois Government Finance Officers' Association (IGFOA) from 2023 to 2024
