Congratulates Senator Win Stoller on his retirement from the Illinois Senate after serving the 37th Senate District since 2021.

Recognizes Stoller's career as an auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers and over 25 years as CEO of Widmer Interiors in Peoria.

Highlights his legislative achievements including passage of a State and Local Tax (SALT) workaround bill creating a Pass-through Entity (PTE) tax to provide tax relief to Illinois small businesses.

Acknowledges his service on multiple Senate committees including Agriculture, Appropriations, Health and Human Services, Insurance, Revenue, and State Government, and his role negotiating on the Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund deficit.

Commends his community service as past Board Chair of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Rotary Club of Peoria, and 23-year member of The Salvation Army Advisory Board.
