Amends the Home Repair and Remodeling Act to add Section 31 regarding attorney's fees in home repair contracts

Requires that if a home repair contract includes an attorney's fees provision for any party, that provision must be interpreted to allow reasonable attorney's fees for all parties to the contract

Overrides any contract terms that would limit attorney's fee awards to only one party, making such provisions reciprocal

Applies to home repair and remodeling contracts executed on or after the effective date of the Act

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
