Amends the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act to provide liability protection for administrative law judges

Defines "administrative law judge" as any employee or independent contractor employed by a local public entity who serves in a quasi-judicial function, regardless of their official title

Grants administrative law judges immunity from liability for injuries allegedly caused by decisions made as part of their quasi-judicial duties

Extends similar immunity protections that typically apply to judges in traditional courts to those serving in administrative adjudicatory roles at the local government level
