Amends the Township Code to require appointment of a trustee as deputy supervisor to perform ministerial functions when a township supervisor vacancy occurs, until the position is permanently filled

Expands the definition of "ministerial functions" for temporary deputies to explicitly include serving as ex officio supervisor of general assistance and administering general assistance programs under the Illinois Public Aid Code

Amends the Child Labor Law of 2024 to add "township parks and recreation department" alongside park districts and municipal parks departments as entities that may employ minors ages 12-13 as youth sports officiants or assistant instructors

Allows minors working for township parks and recreation departments to be supervised by adults 18 years or older (rather than 21) when no alcohol or tobacco is sold on site, matching existing rules for park districts and municipal departments
