Amends the Open Meetings Act to allow tourism boards, convention center boards, and civic center boards with jurisdiction over more than 4,500 square miles to establish a quorum via interactive video conference at open meetings held simultaneously at multiple public building locations

Exempts these boards from requirements that a quorum be physically present at closed meetings, allowing members to participate by video or audio conference

Exempts these boards from limitations on member attendance by means other than physical presence, provided they adopt specific procedural rules

Corrects terminology in existing law by replacing references to "local workforce innovation areas" with "local workforce investment areas" throughout the relevant provisions

Applies the same meeting flexibility conditions already available to public bodies with statewide jurisdiction, large library systems, and municipal transit districts to qualifying tourism and convention-related boards
