Prohibits the sale or consumption of nitrous oxide on the premises of any business where more than 50% of gross revenues come from sales of alcoholic liquor, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, or alternative nicotine products

Violation of the new prohibition is classified as a Class 3 felony

Exempts food products containing nitrous oxide from the prohibition

Amends existing Criminal Code provisions on unlawful manufacture and delivery of nitrous oxide to add "sale, distribution, and consumption" to the prohibited activities
