Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act to add new Section 1-72 regarding law enforcement and firefighter vehicles

Prohibits homeowner associations from banning law enforcement officers or firefighters from parking their assigned work vehicles in areas where they otherwise have parking rights

Applies to law enforcement officers (as defined in the Illinois Police Training Act) and firefighters (as defined in the Illinois Municipal Code)

Protection extends to parcel owners as well as tenants, guests, or invitees of parcel owners who are first responders
