Creates the Bottled Drinking Water Sales Act, establishing maximum prices entertainment venues in Illinois can charge for bottled water beginning January 1, 2026

Sets price caps based on bottle size: $2.00 for 16 oz or less, $2.50 for 16.01-19.99 oz, $3.00 for 20-23.99 oz, and $4.00 for 24 oz or more

Defines "entertainment venue" as any place of entertainment, recreation, or leisure requiring a ticket for entry

Requires the Attorney General to adjust price caps every 5 years starting January 1, 2031, based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers

Violations carry a civil penalty of up to 10% of total ticket sales from the event where the violation occurred, enforceable by the Attorney General
