Prohibits companies from sending deceptive home warranty expiration notices to Illinois residents who do not have an existing home warranty plan with that company

Makes it an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to send fake expiration notices requesting one-time payments or subscriptions

Targets misleading marketing tactics where companies falsely imply a consumer's warranty is about to expire to solicit payments

Adds new Section 2HHHH to the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505)
