Authorizes Will County to use quick-take eminent domain proceedings to acquire property along County Highway #37 (143rd Street) for road construction purposes

Quick-take authority is granted for a period of 2 years after the effective date of the Act

Covers approximately 45 separate parcels of land in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3 and Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 36 North, Range 11 East, as well as properties in various subdivisions including Brashler and Kall's Chickasaw Hills, Chickasaw Woods, Pebble Creek, Dawnwood, and Old Oak subdivisions

Parcels range in size from 0.002 acres (72 square feet) to 3.405 acres (148,317 square feet), with some parcels noting portions previously dedicated or used for highway purposes

The quick-take authorization section automatically repeals 3 years after the Act's effective date
