Amends the Workplace Transparency Act Section 1-35 regarding damages, costs, and attorney's fees for employees challenging employment contracts

Changes the type of damages employees can recover from "consequential damages" to "compensatory damages" when successfully challenging a contract that violates the Act

Employees, prospective employees, or former employees remain entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs upon a final, non-appealable ruling in their favor

Expands recovery to include situations where an employee defends an action for breach of a confidentiality agreement under the Act

Takes effect January 1, 2026
