Creates the Public Official Safety and Privacy Act, allowing Illinois General Assembly members, constitutional officers, State's Attorneys, Public Defenders, county clerks, and election commissioners to request removal of their personal information from public records and websites

Requires government agencies to remove a public official's personal information from publicly available content within 5 business days of receiving a written request; private businesses and websites must remove such information within 72 hours

Makes it a Class 3 felony to knowingly post personal information of a public official online when the person knows it poses an imminent threat to safety and the posting is a proximate cause of bodily injury or death

Allows public officials to use their work address instead of home address on driver's licenses, identification cards, vehicle registrations, and campaign finance documents

Permits political committees to use campaign funds for security services, security enhancements to a candidate's residence, and cybersecurity measures when reasonably necessary due to risks arising from political or governmental duties
