Amends the College Student Immunization Act to establish new requirements for tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine documentation beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year

Students who cannot provide dates for 3 or more doses of diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine must show proof of at least one dose received within 10 years prior to enrollment

Requires additional doses to be administered following the CDC catch-up schedule to complete a series of at least 3 doses total

Maintains existing exemptions: students enrolled before the Act's effective date, those enrolled less than half-time, students whose instruction is solely research or field work outside a classroom, and those with medical or religious exemptions

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
