Allows township supervisors or trustees in townships with fewer than 2,500 inhabitants to simultaneously serve as school board members during their elected term

Amends the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act to create an exception for dual office-holding in small townships

Prohibits township boards from distributing general fund money to a school district if a township supervisor or trustee is concurrently serving on that school district's board

Creates a conflict-of-interest safeguard to prevent officials from voting on financial distributions to entities where they hold positions

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
