Amends the Grocery Initiative Act to expand the definition of "grocery store" to include mobile grocers

Mobile grocers must meet the same requirements as traditional grocery stores: primarily sell grocery products including fresh produce, derive no more than 30% of revenue from tobacco and alcohol, and accept SNAP and WIC benefits

Mobile grocers must also be classified under the 2022 North American Industry Classification System code 445110 (supermarket or other grocery retailer)

This change would allow mobile grocery operations to qualify for programs and incentives under the Grocery Initiative Act, which targets food deserts in Illinois
