Amends the Unified Code of Corrections to protect employment travel rights for individuals on electronic monitoring and home detention

Prohibits denying travel to and from approved employment solely because the job is transient or mobile in nature (such as delivery, construction, or similar work)

Requires participants to give sufficient notice to the supervising authority and have employers confirm exact routes or locations at least 24 hours in advance

Prevents supervising authorities from denying employment travel solely for failure to provide timely notice, as long as 24-hour advance notice is given
