Amends the Wildlife Code to mandate specific timing requirements for the annual firearm deer hunting season set by the Director of Natural Resources between November 1 and December 31

Requires the firearm deer season to include at least 4 consecutive days before Thanksgiving and at least 5 consecutive days after Thanksgiving

Limits the total firearm deer season to no more than 14 days

Makes technical changes including replacing "make administrative rules" with "adopt rules" and updating date formatting from "1st" to "1" and "31st" to "31"
