Requires the Secretary of State to offer applicants the option to include their blood type on state identification cards, driver's licenses, and driver's permits when applying for original, reissued, or renewed documents

If an applicant chooses to provide their blood type, the Secretary of State must print it on the issued identification card, license, or permit

The Secretary of State is not required to verify the accuracy of an applicant's self-reported blood type designation

Amends both the Illinois Identification Card Act (adding Section 18) and the Illinois Vehicle Code (adding Section 6-123)
