Amends the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act to expand the definition of "public works"

Adds sewer inspection projects using closed-circuit television (CCTV) to the categories of work covered by prevailing wage requirements

CCTV sewer inspections covered include those identifying cracks in pipes, root intrusion, blockages, or other structural damage

Workers performing these sewer inspection projects would be entitled to prevailing wage rates for their locality
