Prohibits employers from refusing to hire, discharging, harassing, discriminating against, or retaliating against employees who use employer-issued equipment to record domestic violence, sexual violence, gender violence, or other crimes of violence committed against them or their family/household members

Prevents employers from taking away employer-issued equipment solely because an employee used or attempted to use it to record violence against themselves or family members

Requires employers to grant employees access to photographs, voice/video recordings, sound recordings, or other digital documents stored on employer-issued devices that relate to violence committed against the employee or their family/household members

Allows employers to comply with investigations, court orders, or subpoenas for devices, information, data, or documents

Does not relieve employees of obligations to follow reasonable employment policies or perform essential job functions
